"The area was closed to the public and roped off. There were white couches, chairs and ottomans set up on the lawn area to create a lounge feel . A DJ spun lounge music and a big bar was set up with martini glasses."Gearing up for their Sunday night shower, the couple spent the holiday weekend relaxing at the hotel pool. Minnillo was no doubt soaking up the rays so she would look extra radiant in her white party dress.
The pair stayed side-by-side all night greeting their guests and beaming about their forthcoming nuptials. Guests at the soiree included Lachey's brother and 'Dancing with the Stars' winner,
Talk about an elegant but relaxed affair Lachey, 37, and Minnillo, 30, dated for four years before the former 98 Degrees boy-bander popped the question in November 2010. The lovebirds first locked eyes when Minnillo played the love interest in Lachey's 'What's Left of Me' music video -- not long after Lachey and Jessica Simpson divorced in late 2005.
