Coe Prices certificates of entitlement increased across the board at the end of June's first open bidding at 4pm. Premiums for commercial vehicles and motorcycles saw the largest increase.Commercial vehicles premiums closed at $29,006, 26 per cent higher than the premium at the last bidding on May 18. Meanwhile motorcycle premiums went up by 23.7 per cent to $2,491.
Category A, for cars of engine capacities below 1600cc and for taxis, saw an increase of $2,199 from the first bidding in May, ending the day at $46,989.Category B, for cars of engine capacities above 1600cc, went up by a smaller margin, going up by $289 to end at $56,300.Category E COEs, which is for the Open Category, saw a small rise as well, going up by $399 to end the bidding tender at $56,889.
COE to go further than what was willing to pay, I found myself excluded from the all-new car market.
