Air Asia Online Booking At the "Guest details" page, if you realized they had "warned" you to take "NO MORE THAN 9 MINUTES" to complete the details or the session would time out. As you can see, the maximum number of guests plus contact person they allow will be 10 person (for this example, I had not chosen accompanying kids or babies in my selection so it's not the maximum entry you can make).Nonetheless if you try to fill in all the information, you will not be able to meet the cutoff timing of 9 minutes and that is what happened to me when I am trying to book for just 6 peopleAs such.
I decided to call them to see if they can assist with the booking instead and the answer given was that booking through them (i.e. not online booking) will require a service fee to be charged and any promotions is not applicable! I was telling them it don't make sense then since the cutoff time is too short and the person on the phone take note of it and say she will get back to me.
True enough, she did (thank goodness she did or else I will spread the news of how super lousy their service is, especially with such a short cutoff time). Guess what, she told me that in fact, I only need to fill in the compulsory field (i.e. title, gender, first name, last name, nationality and date of birth) first and can leave the rest blank and come back to it later.
