Dallas Morning News has signed eVerge Group, a leading enterprise solutions and systems integration company, to implement a new Incentive Compensation Management system from Siebel Systems, Inc. Using Siebel Incentive Compensation Management, eVerge Group will automate and manage the commissions and compensation plans of The Dallas Morning advertising sales organization. eVerge Group will also integrate the Siebel Incentive Compensation system with The Dallas Morning and payroll systems. new system will not only enable The Dallas Morning News to better manage the current compensation plans, but it will also aid in the analysis of how those plans are motivating sales performance, said Scott Messer, vice president/controller for The Dallas Morning News. side benefit is that it will help us with compliance related to Sarbanes-Oxley.
